The Town of Canterbury has a wide variety of policies and ordinances across the different departments.
Policies are internal guidance about how the municipality operates and are created by the Selectboard.
Ordinances govern behavior of land owners, residents, and visitors of the Town of Canterbury. They are approved at Town Meeting or by the Selectboard.
